Unedited: iKegger Micro Keg Espresso Martinis
For this product see our website: www.ikegger.com/products/personal-cocktail-shaker-soda-maker-ikegger
I decided to put up a completely unedited video as there is alway someone who says our products don't work as easily as we claim and that we "do something" when there are edits, cuts or bits sped up. We don't. It just gets a bit boring to watch an entire video with measuring ingredients into a keg, or waiting for a nitro drink to settle etc.
Anyway, here is the new Nitro Cup from iKegger, making espresso martinis with no cuts, an unopened bottle of Boston Black coffee and an unopened packet of Nitrogen gas bulbs. I'm not sure what other "somethings" we could be doing ;-)

How many ml does it hold
480ml as a cup, 300ml if injecting gas
Is it one bulb per 300ml?
Yes, you have to vent the remaining gas to open the cup and refill it.
Is this a 5L or 10L keg? thank you!!
Great video. Direct to the point and very helpful. Thanks!
Just about to go online and purchase one, looks like a big winner to me.
How did it go? Have you tried pouring guinness with it? I don't know where to buy those little nitro cannisters for it any ideas? (In Ireland by the way!)
That beautiful woman ALONE makes me want to buy your products !!!!! But it saddens me to see that she’s taken already, with that rock on her hand. Fella is 1 lucky BLOKE !!!!!! I’ll just keep my products bought in America. Good luck with your business !!!! 👍🏻🍺👍🏻
Hi, about what temperature was the water starting out before pouring into the kegs? Thanks!
Never mind, I see it was 5.5 degress Cel
Any rosk of using n20 ? And what is the amount of n20 Can be use ?
hi, do you have to force carbon both the 4L and 19L keg ? or will it carbonate as it flows from the 19 to the 4?

Great video guys! Happy New Year 🎉
Alternative to this wobbly valve: measure once with water how large the volume of the small barrel actually is. To simplify, assume that beer weighs as much as water. Then place the small barrel on the scale and stop the transfer when the weight is reached.
Purchased and on the way, if i were to put 4 of those coopers longnecks into a 5ltr mini keg how many of the bulbs would you imagine ill have to use to have it ready to go? I guess the other question is how long does that stay good / not need refreshing. Thanks
Can you please do a step by step like this for nitro stout? I just bought an ikegger 2.0 and cant work out how to actually make it work well. There really should be better instructions in the box.
HI Tim. step by step for nitro stout is put stout into the keg, add nitrogen, leave it to absorb for a couple hours then pour: ua-cam.com/video/2WdgnsbB_Es/v-deo.htmlsi=3sNnGKshWmHeenyg
Can you disconnect the C02 capsule after carbonation is finished? Great video! I am looking forward to using ikegger for the 1st time😊
Genius!
Adaptador ceodo
Where can we buy the auto filler attachment?
They are still only available in pre-sale at the moment: www.ikegger.com/products/auto-stop-keg-filler-2-0
@@IKEGGERIs the Auto Reffiler also available in the EU shop?
And So what now 😂😂😂 What is this good for what can you do ,????
Get a plastic bag and fill with nitrogen, you know what to do next😊
Thank you
I have just bought a 2nd hand 5 litre keg with nitro coffee spout. The tap seems rather small for the 5 litre keg as isnt much overhang. Also just bought some bulbs from you guys online but not sure what size nitrogen bulbs to use for a 5 litre keg?
Hi there, you will need to leave space in the keg for gas to inject into and it will depend on if you use pure nitrogen or nitrous oxide for the number of bulbs (nitrous bulbs have much more gas in the same size bulb). Some people prefer to get a plastic liquid disconnect as this tilts the tap backwards leaving a larger gap between the edge of the keg and the tap. Basically you want to put a gas bub in with coffee chilled, shake it to absorb then add another one and let sit for a while. Then once you start pouring at some point the flow will slow down, at that point add another bulb. There is no set number as it depends on what level of foam you want, how long it absorbs for, how much empty space there was in the keg etc.
@IKEGGER thank you for the reply. I believe the bulbs will be here in a week or so. I guess will be trial and error to begin with. I think I have bought the 8 gm nitrogen at this point. Hoping I don't have to refill the canister. If works well I may buy the mini keg 2.0 with some attachments.
@@jazzamac3796 The 2.0 is a big upgrade on the tap. It still fits the same kegs so you don't need to buy more of those. It allows you to have regulated nitrogen pressure so there is a lot less guess work about how many bulbs to use and when to change them etc. You just put a bulb in and set the pressure to 45psi and get consistent results. You also don't need to leave space as it doesn't inject the whole bulb at once, it just puts more gas in as needed to keep the pressure constant.
@@IKEGGER I guess a better head to the website then haha.
I have the Enzybrew 10 product for cleaning the key. Does this video apply as well? If the keg is empty and filled with CO2 there are still drops of water with the Enzybrew 10 in it. Is it okay to leave it like that and next round fill it with beer again and thus mix is a bit? The manual for Enzybrew 10 says to clean with fresh water first
hi Ilco, in the video we used -no-rinse sanitizer- , please use the chemi pro oxi which is included in your keg care package , Happy to help :)
Ah, okay. So the Chemi pro oxi is the one which applies and work likewise to this video. And the other one, the Enzybrew 10 does not work like that.
And when a keg is cleaned via whatever product. Should I fill it with CO2? Or is it okay to leave it as is with oxygen?
@@ilcovanbolhuis1623 Correct , chemi pro oxi is the no-rinse type , enzy brew is more deeper cleaning and needs rinsing , please see the instructions and the info on our website for each product , Happy to help :)
Hello! Do you need mini kegs? We can provide you with a 5-8% discount for bulk purchases!
Would love one of these to transfer from corny to 2.0 tap but cant buy them.
Should link this video onto the button clip page.
Thanks mate, have done that
Or............. you could just buy a Craigslist chest freezer for $50................???????
This takes way less space, and is dual purpose.
Audio seems to be coming from the left channel only?
How did you set this up? Trying this on my own. Filled in the beer and set up the regulator to about 30 PSI with a 2g N2 bottle. Waited for about 45min before pouring. The buld only lasted one pint… :-( afterwards the PSI dropped to 15
Hi, the gas dissolved in the liquid is what causes the cascading bubbles, so yes you need to dissolve at least one whole bulb into the beer first, then push it out at high pressure to release the dissolved gas as it pours. I used one bulb and swirled the keg till it was empty then added a second to pour with
@@IKEGGER for this - are you disolving one whole nitro bulb into it and then swapping to co2 for the pressure push or is it nitro for both?
@@MartinMeany I was just using nitro, the beer is already carbonated but you could use either
If you could show us your process it would be better and dont leave anything out
@larchielad yes we need to see the steps of how its done..
How do the kegs work. Obviously you can buy original kegs with the beer but do you buy let’s say I had a 30l beer do I then put it in the 10l keg so it fits as i can’t find the right size for a certain beer?
Promo>SM 😩
Nice !!!
Why the cut while filling?
Love my iKegger 2.0 and can't wait for the adapters!! 🎉 Great video guys 🥳
What size is this tank? & What is that adapter is there a link for it on Amazon?
Very interesting.
You connect the line from the liquid coupler/post of the first keg to the gas coupler/post of the second keg? So the liquid comes in to the second keg through the gas post? Im a beginner, my apologies for the basic questions!
Yes that's correct if you want to use it this way
Mine leaks and doesn’t return to 0. Not serviceable snd yet it’s double the price of all others 🙄
I am sitting on live chat on our website, I have FB and Instagram chat open as well and our email and whatsapp... You haven't got in touch via any of those and thought this was the best way to get customer service or make a warranty claim? if you've got an issue with your gear we are available nearly 24/7, all you have to do is use literally any of the communication channels we tell you about when you make a purchase from us 🙄 (speaking of which we don't have an order in your name on either our Australian or European shops so if you've got a warranty claim please tell us your order number when you do get in touch) Cheers, iKegger customer service dept (5min after you dropped this comment on youtube)
How about a video demonstration how to prepare the coffee please.
Have a look at other videos in our channel, there is one called "making cold brew coffee" 👍
Terrible instructions.
Mix coffee grounds with water. Leave to soak for 12 hours or so. Strain out coffee grounds. Drink coffee. You can do it in a bag, a pot, a french press... We used 75g of course ground coffee per litre of water from memory but you can adjust that and the time taken soaking depending on how strong you want the coffee.
Thanks mate
